Paul was trained at Thanet college and has been a chef for the past 30 years working in some of medways finest restaurants including The 109, The Roffen club and the Barn Restaurant. For the past 12 years Paul has been teaching in the FE sector, training the future chefs & was awarded Kent teacher of the year in 2021.
Paul has a huge passion for food and the hospitality trade. He believes it is vital that we use the most local & sustainable ingredients on the menus here at the club.
