We've sent out an email with some important news about upgrades we've made to the club. If you didn't receive it, please add your email to the suggestion box in the foyer so you don't miss out on future updates.

You may have noticed we've upgraded our tills and added a new integrated door entry system. Starting Monday, September 1st, 2025, you will need a new plastic membership card to enter the club.

Here's what you need to know:

• Pick up your new card at the bar on your next visit. It's the size of a credit card and has the Smallholders logo on it.
• The card will grant you entry to the club and prove your membership status at the bar.
• Your personal information is stored digitally on the card, not printed on it.
• You can pre-load money onto your card to pay for drinks and event tickets, which helps the club by reducing our transaction fees. Funds on the card cannot be used for food from the Smallbarn.
  
• You can still pay with cash or a credit card.

Your new card helps us better track guests. When you bring a guest, please sign them in at the bar and pay for a 'Day Membership' with cash or card. They will receive a pass they must present when purchasing drinks.

In the coming months, we will be exploring more features of this new system, including:

• Photos on file to add a layer of security at the till and prevent misuse of cards.
• A Smallholders app for your smartphone with a digital membership card and club updates.
  
• A more flexible and efficient renewal process starting in January.
