In View of the proposed dropping of most Covid restrictions as of Monday 19th July we have rearranged our operating procedures as follows.

Entry will be by producing membership cards as usual and the guest signing in procedure will remain as normal. There will be no recording of names and addresses and temperatures will not be taken.

Members may use the track and trace imaging if they wish.

The wearing of masks will be left to members own wishes in this regard. The social distancing measures will no longer apply and the one way system within the club will no longer be followed.

Both entrances can be used for entering and leaving the building.

Table service will no longer be carried out and drinks may be purchased at the bar. It would be helpful if members did not accumulate at the bar and respected each others space as much as is possible. The screens will still be in place at the bar and the centre section of the bar where the screens remain should be used at all times. The hand sanitizing equipment will still be available at the club entrance

and elsewhere as snooker and darts will be back in play, with sanitizing between each change over of players.

It would be useful if the gaming machines could be restored to position and I can assist Bernie with this if necessary.
